Upload content containing malware, viruses, or harmful code.
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service excessively.

2. File Handling & Processing

When you use tools that require file uploads:

Files are processed solely for the purpose of performing the requested operation (e.g., conversion, compression).
Uploaded and converted files are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after a short period.
We do not review, analyze, or share the content of your files.
You retain all rights to your uploaded content.

Many tools process files entirely in your browser (client-side) and no data is sent to our servers.

3. Service Availability

We strive to keep Minimo Digital available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time.

4. Usage Limits

Maximum file size is 100MB per upload unless otherwise noted on specific tools. Excessive or abusive usage may result in temporary or permanent access restrictions. We reserve the right to impose rate limits to ensure fair access for all users.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on Minimo Digital (excluding user-uploaded files) is owned by Minimo Digital. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle data, analytics, and cookies.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Minimo Digital is not liable for:

Loss of data or files during processing.
Inaccurate conversion results or output quality.
Service interruptions or downtime.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Minimo Digital from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these terms.
