• Files you upload — Only when using server-side tools (e.g., document conversion, audio conversion, PDF utilities). These files are processed temporarily and automatically deleted after a short period.
• Anonymous usage data — Via Google Analytics, which tracks page views, session duration, and device type. This data is anonymized and cannot identify individual users.

Client-Side Processing

The majority of our tools (image converter, Base64 encoder, JSON/YAML converter, regex tester, and many others) run entirely in your browser. Your data never leaves your device when using these tools. No files are uploaded to our servers.

File Handling

For tools that require server-side processing:

• Files are uploaded over HTTPS (encrypted in transit).
• Files are processed immediately and stored temporarily for download.
• All uploaded and converted files are automatically deleted within a short time period.
• We do not access, review, or share your file contents.

Advertising & Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense to serve advertisements across Minimo Digital to support and maintain our free tools. Please review the following important information regarding advertising on our site:
